Broker Engagement — Conversation Questions

Broker Relations · Updated 26 August 2026

You don’t need to formally interview brokers or work through a list of questions. Instead, look for natural opportunities during your regular conversations to ask one of the questions below when it fits.

The goal is simple: better understand what brokers need from Concern, what helps them confidently recommend us, and where we can make their job easier.

Questions to keep in mind

  1. Making their job easier

What could we do to make your job easier?

  2. Confidence in Concern

How confident are you recommending us to your clients? What makes you feel that way?

  3. Barriers

Are there any barriers or challenges that make it harder to recommend us?
